Bethel Warriors hosts JV and JH teams

The Bethel Warrior Dome was busy this weekend with junior varsity and junior high basketball teams. Bethel welcomed junior high teams from Akiak, Akiachak, Gladys Jung, Tuluksak, and St. Mary’s and also the Kalskag Grizzlies varsity girls teams who played the Bethel Warrior JV team.

The undefeated girls Bethel A Team won, coming in second were the St. Mary’s Lady Eagles.

On the boys side, winning first were the Bethel Warriors A team, in second place were the Akiachak Huskies.

The Kalskag Lady Grizzlies won both their games with the Bethel Lady Warrior JV team. On Friday 56-26 and on Saturday 61-41.

Good job to all teams and players for a great tournament.
