Akiachak Principal Barron Sample hosted an assembly to celebrate the month of October successes. Based on Yuuyaraq and Guidelines for Success, teachers volunteered names of students who exemplify the values of our school.
Our principal announced the names and each student stood in front of the bleachers, certificate in hand, while the student body watched and cheered.
A special award went out to Parent of the Month, Elena Pasitnak, for supporting her Kindergarten grandson every day on campus.

K- Gabriel Alexie, Madison Snyder, 1st Maureen Pasitnak, Mercedes Charles, 2nd Wilson Noatak, 3rd Emery Lott, 4th Violet Henry, 5th Emmalee Schneider, 6th Hailey Angellan, 7th Zoe Lomack, 8th Jaylene Peter, 9th Erin Alexie, 10th Glenn Schneider, 11th Aiden Nose, and 12th Raylene Henry.
