Baked Beans
1 pkg. small lima beans
1 pkg. red beans
10 bacon slices, chopped, or use ham
1 large onion
3 cloves chopped garlic
1 stalk celery, chopped
½ c. molasses
¼ c. brown sugar
1 large can tomatoes
2 tsp. dry mustard
Salt and pepper
A little Tabasco sauce or barbecue
Soak lima beans and red beans overnight. Put drained beans in slow cooker or in a baking dish. Fry bacon. Cover, adding water for a couple hours.
