Following an extensive investigation and in consultation with the District Attorney’s Office, Investigators from the Bethel Police Department arrested a 15-year-old male on 10/30/2022 at approximately 2030 hours, for the arson that occurred on 08/12/2022 at 405 Ptarmigan St (AVCP Housing). The juvenile was remanded for three counts of Murder in the 2nd Degree, one count of Arson in the 1st Degree, six counts Assault in the 3rd degree, six counts of Reckless Endangerment, and one count of making a False Report.
