The 2023 Permanent Fund Dividend amount is $1,312.00. The first 2023 mass disbursement is for applications that were filed electronically, requested to be paid by direct deposit, and are determined Eligible for payment by Friday, September 22, 2023. The disbursement will be distributed on Thursday, October 5, 2023.
The second 2023 mass disbursement includes all applications submitted (electronically or paper) and requested to be paid by direct deposit or warrant (paper check). Applications determined Eligible for payment by October 18, 2023, will be distributed on Thursday, October 26, 2023.
If a direct deposit disbursement is returned by the banking institution (i.e. Account Closed), the dividend will be redistributed as a warrant in the next monthly payment run, unless a direct deposit change form is submitted prior to that monthly deadline date. Always keep your mailing address and direct deposit information current with PFD to eliminate delays in receiving the dividend.
As applications are determined Eligible for payment, the division will continue to distribute dividends each month. Please refer to the Payment Schedule on the PFD website for the dates of our monthly disbursements.
myPFD has been updated to bring back the general search for all applicants that have an Alaska driver’s license or state ID, to view the status of your application as well as those you are sponsoring: This is Option 1. If your application is in an ‘Undetermined’ status, you will see an ACTION REQUIRED notice and can see in the Document Center what is outstanding. Applicants that filed electronically with a myAlaska username can still log into myPFD with their myAlaska username, Option 2, and will see additional information in their view.
All PFD staff are working at each location’s (Anchorage, Fairbanks and Juneau) front counters and statewide phone queue to assist the public.
