June 14, 2023 is Flag Day. The Bethel VFW Post 10040 held a flag retirement ceremony where unserviceable flags were properly retired with honor by fire after serving their duty. The flags that were retired came from flag poles around Bethel and from the Veterans Cemetery, the Ridgecrest Cemetery, and the ATG Park.
