On June 17, 2017 Alicia Ramoth of Scammon Bay reeled in an astounding 74″ halibut to start off the fishing season. With cloudy skies and swells of up to 5 feet it was a perfect day for the entire crew to go deep sea fishing. Out on the ocean with Alicia was her husband Leonard Ramoth Sr., brother Elliot Kaganak, and sister-in-law Carmen Kaganak. They brought home a total of 18 delectable and luscious halibut.
