Ten Calista Corporation shareholders win final 2024 Proxy Prizes

Over 13,000 Shareholders Eligible for Remaining Prize Drawings.

Ten Calista (cha-LIS-tah) Corporation Shareholders are winners of the final Online Regular and Regular proxy prizes in the 2024 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. The prizes are randomly drawn by Sramek Hightower, a certified public accounting firm in Anchorage that serves as the Inspector of Elections.

More than 13,100 Shareholders who voted by 5 p.m. on June 3 qualified for the two final rounds of prizes. Three Online Regular prizes were drawn from valid proxy votes cast online. Seven Regular prizes were drawn from all valid paper and online proxy votes. The winners are:

• $1,000 Online Regular and Regular Prizes –

o Olga E. Askoak (Juneau)

o Ian N. Gall (Gold Bar, WA)

o Aaron J. Lomack (Manokotak)

About 3 in 5 Elders who have voted did so online. Nearly 7 in 10 voters finished voting online in less than 3 minutes.

“Quyana for voting in this year’s Board of Directors election. Your votes elect Directors,” said Thom Aparuk Leonard, vice president of corporate affairs. “A record-setting 82 percent of voting Shareholders cast their votes online this year.”
