About 8,500 Shareholders who voted online by 5 p.m. on May 10 qualified for the Online Early

About 1 in 3 Elders have voted online. Nearly 7 in 10 voters finished in less than 3 minutes.

The deadline to qualify for Regular Early Bird Prizes is 5 p.m. on Friday, May 24. All valid paper and online proxies received by this deadline qualify. There are 7 prizes totaling $17,500. The deadline for the final prize drawings is 5 p.m. on Monday, June 3 (all times AKDT).

“We designed voting at www.CalistaVote.com to use less data than most social media sites and to be done with a smartphone,” said Thom Aparuk Leonard, vice president of corporate affairs. “In addition, Calista’s PIN Lookup Tool at the voting website has allowed thousands of Shareholders who receive their Annual Meeting materials by mail to vote early.”

Proxy prizes are only awarded if enough Shareholders vote and quorum is reached. This makes the Annual Meeting valid. Learn more at www.CalistaCorp.com/AnnualMeeting.
