• On 5-22-24 at 7:43 p.m. medics responded to the report of a person that was assaulted. The patient was assessed and transported to the hospital.

• On 5-23-24 at 4:36 a.m. medics responded to the report of an intoxicated person. The patient was assessed and transported to the hospital.

• On 5-23-24 at 5:25 a.m. medics responded to the report of a traumatic injury. The patient was assessed and transported to the hospital.

• On 5-23-24 at 6:14 a.m. medics responded to the report of an intoxicated person. The patient was assessed and transported to the hospital.

• On 5-23-24 at 7:38 a.m. medics responded to the report of a person having shoulder pain. The patient was assessed and transported to the hospital.

• On 5-23-24 at 8:42 a.m. medics responded to the report of a person having back pain. The patient was assessed and transported to the hospital.

• On 5-23-24 at 10:01 a.m. medics responded to the report of a person having alcohol withdrawals. The patient was assessed and transported to the hospital.

• On 5-23-24 at 1:52 a.m. medics responded to the report of a person having an anxiety attack. The patient was assessed and transported to the hospital.

• On 5-23-24 at 2:56 p.m. medics responded to the report of an intoxicated person. The patient refused care and transportation.

• On 5-24-24 at 1:54 a.m. medics responded to the report of a person vomiting blood. The patient was assessed and transported to the hospital.

• On 5-24-24 at 4:12 a.m. medics responded to the report of a person having alcohol withdrawals. The patient was assessed and transported to the hospital.

• 6/1/24/ at 02:12 M-5 responded to a report of respiratory distress.

• 6/1/24 at 05:42 M-5 responded to a report of a person having trouble breathing.
