Frank Nicori Jr. of Kwethluk incredibly caught a Silver Salmon while ice fishing at Birch Hill several miles up on the Kwethluk River on March 28, 2022. Star the Dog (in front) is amazed. Frank’s mom Xenia Nicori made fresh salmon soup for dinner.
