Alaska Wildlife Troopers in Fairbanks received information that a Facebook post was made advertising the sale of food items made with moose game meat on 02/28/2023. Investigation revealed the Facebook post belonged to Amy Carroll, age 37, of Fairbanks and that she was selling meals made with the game meat for profit. Amy was issued a court summons for the illegal sale of game meat. Investigation is still ongoing.
