Strawberry Rhubarb Pie
4 c. rhubarb
2 c. strawberries
1 ¼ c. sugar
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. orange rind
½ tsp. nutmeg
3 Tbsp. cornstarch or flour
Chop all the rhubarb and sliced strawberries into pie shell, adding the sugar, rind, nutmeg, salt and flour. Mix together and put on top. Add a little butter here and there on top. Cover with top crust. Bake at 350˚ until golden brown.
