This lone baby muskox has been spotted on the high hills of Nelson Island near the old settlement site of Nunallret. The photo was taken on February 2nd, 2016. The little arctic ungulate has been observed running and eating. Many hope that it will join one of the herds soon. photo by Jimmie Lincoln
