Alaska State Troopers in Seward were notified of an assault that occurred at Spring Creek Correctional Center in Seward on 6-8-17 at 1433 hours. It was reported that two male inmates were assaulted by six other inmates. The two male victims were transported to Seward Hospital for their non-life threatening injuries. One victim was then transported to Anchorage for further treatment. The investigation is ongoing.
