Halibut or Salmon Dip

This rice recipe is from The Alaskan Grub-Box by Sis Laraux who collected and compiled delicious recipes from her friends and relatives. This delicious dip is from Annie Laraux. You can also use fresh boiled pike.

Halibut or Salmon Dip

Fish, boiled (or leftover), break up small

1 stalk celery, chopped fine

1 small onion, chopped

4 oz. cream cheese

Couple dashes of lemon

Salt or pepper

Dash of hot sauce (if wanted)

Mix all together and add mayonnaise for spreading.
