•Bachelor of Arts in Political Science or Associate of Arts Degree in Management is preferred or in Lieu of Education, experience in similar field.

AVCP Facilities Maintenance Mission Statement

Specifications of Work

Conduct Annual Inspections on four (4) aircraft. One (1) Cessna 172RG, two (2) Cessna 172, and one (1) Cessna 150.

Conduct Maintenance and Repair on said aircraft. All inspections, maintenance and repair must be completed in eight (8) weeks from start of contract unless prior notification and agreement is met due to unforeseen circumstances.

Assumptions and Constraints

The contactor will provide all tools, supplies, and manpower to complete the project outlined above.

The contractor will perform work to industry standards using tools and material that meet or exceed industry standards.

The contractor will follow safety standards established by OSHA.

All contractors must provide proof of licensure, bonding, and insurance that meet or exceed the requirements of the State of Alaska and/or the Federal Aviation Administration.

All contractors must provide three references and documentation of similar work performed.

The Yuut Elitnaurviat Flight School Hanger will be made available for the inspection, maintenance, and repair of the aircraft as necessary.
