LKSD William N Miller Replacement School Project

Sealed bids for LKSD William N Miller Replacement School Project, Lower Kuskokwim School District, PO Box 305, Bethel, AK 99559, will be received via hard copy to the offices of Bettisworth North Architects and Planners, 2600 Denali, Suite 710, Anchorage AK. Starting at 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM, prevailing time, Thursday, March 30, 2023 at which time they will be collected. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud publicly and video conference, an invitation link will be sent via addenda. Faxed bids will not be accepted. Bid modifications are required to be hand delivered to the place of bid opening by the same deadline. It is the responsibility of the Bidder to verify that bid modifications have been received.

Work for this project in the base bid includes all work to construct an approximately 27,600 SF one story, steel frame SIP school on recently installed pad and pile, additional new pad extension, building and deck piles are required. Civil site work includes well drilling, lagoon construction and other site utility connections. Bid alternates include light monitors, relocation of the utility building, raw water tank and flooring.
