POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

-Must be self-motivated, reliable and able to work in a multi-task work environment to meet the needs and demands the position requires.

-High school diploma required. College education in administration/business management preferred.

-Work experience 3-5 years required.

-Employee supervisory experience and excellent office management practices highly recommended.

-Must be able to meet deadlines for quarterly financial reports for board meetings.

-Ability to communicate effectively in a verbal and written manner.

-Willing and able to travel as required for trainings, workshops and meetings.

-Knowledgeable in all aspects of payroll and payroll taxes. Computer and Quickbook savvy.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

-Develop a working relationship with NNC’s financial managers, CPA’s and lawyers.

-Set up agendas for Annual Shareholder meetings, quarterly board meetings, and special meetings.

-Knowledgeable of opportunities to advance NNC’s profitability in the corporate realm.

-Seek future business ventures.

-Maintain the office building.

-Assure that 2 (two) Post Office buildings owned by NNC are secured.

-Lands owned by NNC are not being trespassed by non-shareholders.

-Lease with the USFWS for the fish weir are in place.

-Gravel pit agreement with the City of St. Mary’s are in place annually.

-Perform additional duties as assigned by the board of directors of NNC.
