Nunapitchuk Exterior Perimeter Floor Beam Replacement Project
The Lower Kuskokwim School District (LKSD) invites bids from qualified General Contractors to provide emergency construction services for the Nunapitchuk Exterior Perimeter Floor Beam Replacement Project. This is a State Davis Bacon Project.
The performance period for the work is anticipated to begin approximately April 1, 2024. Substantial completion inspection, all punch list items, and the final completion inspection are to be completed not later than forty-five (45) calendar days following issuance of the notice to proceed, on May 15, 2024.

The Lower Kuskokwim School District (LKSD) is requesting proposals from qualified Consultants to provide the following professional services: Facility Project Planning and Design, Infrastructure Planning and Design, and Construction Administration. The proposed term contracts will be in effect from the date they are executed through completion of task orders issued prior to June 30, 2027, with an option for a two (2) year extension. Contracts may cover projects or project elements of any size. The district intends to award approximately 6 contracts under this RFP.

Original proposals and four (4) copies will be received until 3:00 p.m. local time on April 15, 2024. The proposals will then be distributed to the Selection Committee for evaluation. This committee’s individual evaluations of the proposals will be presented to the Contracting Officer when completed. Award of this proposal is anticipated to be announced within 30 calendar days of the submission date, although all offers must be complete and irrevocable for 90 days following the submission date.
