Coffee: The Inside facts

Coffee starts you off with your day. Some people can’t start their day without it. Some get dependent on it, while others go without it. Did you know coffee is a drug that is legal for kids and adults to use? Yeah, it is a drug and people ignore that it is, or most don’t mind it is. Drinking coffee can cause you to have many health problems, like; restlessness, nervousness, etc.
Drinking coffee (six cups a day) can cause “caffeinism.” This can cause anxiety or agitation. People who drink a lot of coffee will get dependent on it, to the point where they develop withdrawal symptoms. Caffeinism is when you get; insomnia, nervousness, restlessness, stomach upset, nausea, vomiting, increased heart rate and breathing rate. Also you can get; headaches, anxiety, agitation, ringing in the ear, and irregular heartbeats. Coffee isn’t really as good as we think it is.
Drinking five cups of coffee can increase your risks of triggering a heart attack. Drinking unfiltered (boiled) coffee gives you total cholesterol and other unhealthy fats in the blood. Cholesterol plaque, which the unfiltered coffee causes, can block the heart vessels and cause heart attack or decrease the flow of blood through the body. This cause is called heart disease, it’s when your heart vessels get blocked. It also increases the level of homocysteine. (WebMD) Homocysteine is an amino acid. All of these, lead to heart disease, and you wouldn’t want to get heart disease.
Drinking coffee on an empty stomach stimulates hydrochloric acid (HCL), which is the acid that digests the food you eat. It’s a problem because hydrochloric acids are for digesting meals only. If this keeps happening, it can cause your stomach digestion to decrease.
The production of hydrochloric acid decreases and lets unbroken down food to go through your small intestine. Your body needs this acid to fully digest food. If unbroken particles of food goes down your small intestine, it can cause you to have health problems. These problems are bloating and gas to IBS (irritable bowel syndrome), diverticulitis (inflammation of a diverticulum causing pain and disturbance of bowel functions), and even colon cancer. (Healthambition) Your body needs HCI to function properly. If it doesn’t produce enough it can lead to multi-health problems.
If you want to stay healthy, cut down on drinking coffee. If you suddenly stop, you will suffer withdrawal symptoms. Such as; headaches, nervousness, agitation, stomach upset, etc.
Coffee is actually bad for your health but also good if you limit the amounts you drink, which is two cups a day. WebMD says that it is best to only drink two cups a day. I suggest you have coffee in the morning, after you eat a meal.
There are healthy benefits of drinking coffee too, just don’t drink too much of it. Remember, coffee and its effect on the body can cause you to get multi-health problems. The one I am most scared of is colon cancer. All these symptoms are associated with drinking coffee.

  1. I was glad that you mentioned that drinking 2 cups of coffee a day is good for you which it is; also green and oolong teas, not to mention tundra tea (!) and other herbal teas is good for you too.
