Lori Strickler, a longtime resident of Bethel, former City Clerk, and former Acting City Manager has accepted the position of City Manager of Bethel.
During a Special Meeting called on November 13th, 2024, city council voted to offer the position to Lori Stricker who has been serving as Acting City Manager since June 2024.
The City of Bethel has been without a permanent city manager since June 2023 when then City Manager Pete Williams retired.
During the November 26th, 2024 regular city council meeting, council approved a contract for Strickler. City Manager Lori Strickler will begin her new job December 2nd.
