Over 1 in 3 Elders have voted online. Over 7 in 10 voters finished in less than 3 minutes.

The deadline to qualify for Regular Early Bird Prizes is 5 p.m. on Friday, May 23. All valid paper and online proxies received by this deadline qualify. There are 7 prizes totaling $17,500. The deadline for the final prize drawings is 5 p.m. on Monday, June 2 (all times AKDT).

“Shareholder voting by proxy at www.CalistaVote.com can easily be done with a smartphone,” said Thom Aparuk Leonard, vice president of corporate affairs. “Using the PIN Lookup on the voting website allows any eligible voting Shareholder to vote early.”

Proxy prizes are only awarded if enough Shareholders vote and quorum is reached. This makes the Annual Meeting valid. Learn more at www.CalistaCorp.com/AnnualMeeting.
