The Bethel Police Communications received a report of a possible homicide inside a residence in the 1000 block of B.I.A Road on 05/06/2021 at approximately 1300 hours. Police officers and fire medics responded to the scene, and BPD officers found Scott Greydanus deceased from traumatic injury. BPD investigators have secured the residence, sought a search warrant, and have asked for the Alaska DPS Crime Lab to assist in processing the scene.
Nathan Greydanus of Bethel has been arrested in connection with the homicide and remanded to YKCC.
