A conditional offer was given to Burke Waldron who will start work as an interim PD Chief effective August 1st, 2017. The offer was given back on June 23rd, 2017 which Waldron accepted on June 28th. Burke is a retired state trooper who has worked in the law enforcement field for over 25 years. The Bethel City Council confirmed the City Manager’s provisional appointment during their July 11th regular council meeting.
