Bethel Fire Department Calls for week ending September 2

• On 8/27/11 at 2:56am, medics responded to the Bethel Police Department for the report of a patient overdosing prescription medications. Upon arrival, the patient was evaluated and then transported to the hospital.

• On 8/28/11 at 1:34am, medics responded to Ptarmigan Street for a report of a male with a cut. Upon arrival, medics found a 27 year old male who had fallen on to metal grating. Medics applied bandages and transported the patient to the hospital.

• On 8/28/11 at 11:32am, medics responded to Sixth Avenue for a report of a person on the ground. Upon arrival, medics found an uninjured patient. The patient was transported by officers to sleep off.

• On 8/28/11 at 4:31pm, medics responded to Ptarmigan Street for a report of a man falling down. Upon arrival, medics found a patient with possible neck injuries following a seizure and falling off of a four foot deck. Medics gave appropriate treatments and then transported them to the hospital.

• On 8/28/11 at 7:13pm, medics responded to Ridgecrest Drive for a report of a boy being hit by a bike. Upon arrival, medics examined the patient, gave appropriate treatment, and then transported to YKDRH ER for evaluation and treatment.

• On 8/29/11 at 4:36pm, medics responded to Sixth Avenue for the report of a female in need of medical care. Upon arrival, medics found an intoxicated 59 year old female who had been consuming alcohol for several days. Medics assessed the patient and transported her to the hospital.

• On 8/29/11 at 6:57pm, medics responded to Grant Aviation for the report of a female in distress. Upon arrival, medics found a 46 year old female who was unable to walk and in need of transport. Medics assessed the patient and transported her to the hospital.

• On 8/31/11 at 10:23am, medics responded to Ptarmigan Street for the report of an elder unable to walk. Upon arrival, medics found a 90 year old female in need of medical care. Medics assessed the patient and transported her to the hospital.

• On 9/1/11 at 7:39am, medics responded to Atsaq Street for the report of a female assaulted. Upon arrival, medics found a 25 year old female bleeding from the face. Medics assessed the patient and transported her to the hospital.

• On 9/2/11 at 12:30am, medics responded to East Avenue for the report of an unresponsive woman. Upon arrival, medics found a 40 year old female who was intoxicated. The patient was assessed and transported to the hospital.
