• On 5-1-21 at 11:43 A.M., medics responded to a person that has been assaulted. Patient was assessed and transported to the hospital.

• On 5-1-21 at 2:52 P.M., medics responded to the report of a person down. Patient was assessed and transported to the hospital. 

• On 5-1-21 at 3:57 P.M., medics responded to the report of a person with chest pain. Patient assessed and transported to the hospital.

• On 5-1-21 at 11:49 P.M., medics responded to the report of a person that is not breathing, cold to the touch. Patient dead on arrival.

• On 5-2-21 at 6:25 A.M., medics responded to the report of a person that has been assaulted. Patient was assessed and transported to the hospital.

• On 5-2-21 at 3:34 P.M., medics responded to the report of a person that is overdosing. Patient was assessed and transported to the hospital.

• On 5-2-21 at 7:26 P.M., firefighters responded to the report of a vehicle fire. Firefighters observed smoke and flames emitting from the bed of a pickup truck. Booster line deployed and fire extinguished.

• On 5-3-21 at 4:07 p.m. medics responded to the report of a hanging. The patient was assessed and transported to the hospital.

• On 5-3-21 at 10:38 p.m. medics responded to the report of a dislocated shoulder. The patient was assessed and then refused services.

• On 5-4-21 at 3:11 a.m. medics responded to the report of abdominal pain. The patient was assessed and transported to the hospital.

• On 5-4-21 at 4:13 a.m. medics responded to the report of a seizure. The patient was assessed and then refused services.

• On 5-5-21 at 10:23 p.m. medics responded to the report of a highly intoxicated male who can’t stand up. The patient was assessed and transported to the hospital.

• On 5-6-21 at 12:00 a.m. medics responded to the report of a cold male. The patient refused treatment and transport.
