• 8-25-18 at 9:42 a.m. medics responded to the area of Sam’s Restaurant for the report a person with hip pain. Patient was assessed and transported to the hospital.
• 8-25-18 at 4:42 p.m. medics responded to the area of Ptarmigan Street for the report of a person being struck by a car. Patient was assessed and transported to the hospital by family.
• On 08-26-18 at 10:23 a.m. medics responded to AC Main Store for the report of an intoxicated person who was unresponsive. The patient was assessed and transported to the hospital.
• On 8-27-18 at 9:44 a.m. medics responded to the area of Kilbuck Street for the report of a person with kidney stones. Patient was assessed and transported to the hospital.
• On 8-27-18 at 1:17 p.m. Firefighters responded to the city land fill for the report of a fire. Firefighters observed a large pile of trash burning, deployed hose line and extinguished fire. The cause of fire is undetermined at this time.

• On 8-29-18 at 11:30 a.m. medics responded to in front of the Hospital on State Highway for a 4-wheeler wreck. Medics assessed and transported two patients to the hospital.
• On 8-30-18 at 3 a.m. medics responded to First Avenue for a person that was assaulted. Patient was assessed and transported to the hospital.
