Bethel Fire Department Calls for week ending August 24

 

• On 8-19-17 at 8:05 p.m. Bethel Firefighter/EMTs responded to Weber Circle for report of a person who was bleeding. Patient was assessed and refused transport to the hospital, medics returned to quarters.

• On 8-21-17 at 12:36 p.m. Bethel Firefighter/EMTs responded to the Small Boat Harbor for the report of a person with weakness. No patient was found and medics returned to quarters.

• On 8-21-17 at 1:15 p.m. Bethel Firefighter/EMTs responded to Blueberry Sub for the report of a person with stroke-like symptoms. Patient was assessed and transported to YKER.

• On 8-21-17 at 1:45 p.m. Bethel Firefighter/EMTs responded to Grant Aviation for the report of a person with altered mental status. Patient was assessed and transported to YKER.

• On 8-21-17 at 1:45 pm Bethel Firefighter/EMTs responded to the Sobering Center for the report of a person who was having a psychotic episode. Medics assessed and transported the patient to YKER.

• On 8-21-17 at 8:25 a.m. Bethel Firefighter/EMTs responded to Ptarmigan Street for the report of a person having withdrawals. Patient was assessed and transported to the hospital.

• On 8-21-17 at 4:50 p.m. Bethel Firefighter/EMTs responded to Pinky’s Park for the report of a person unable to stand or walk. Patient was assessed and transported to the hospital.

• On 8-22-17 at 1:29 a.m. Bethel Firefighter/EMTs responded to Ridgecrest Drive for the report of a person with blood on their face. Patient refused medical care and transport to the hospital, medics returned to quarters.

• On 8-23-17 at 9:01 PM Bethel Firefighter/EMTs responded to the Sobering Center for a person who fell and injured themselves. The patient was taken to the hospital.

• On 8-23-17 at 1:54 p.m. Bethel Firefighter/EMTs responded to the Beach on East Ave for the report of a person who had been in the water. Patient was assessed and transported to the hospital.

• On 8-23-17 at 10:22 p.m. Bethel Firefighter/EMTs responded to Akiak Drive for the report of a person bleeding. Patient refused treatment and transport to the hospital, medics returned to quarters.

• On 8-24-17 at 8:32 P.M. Bethel Firefighters/EMT’s Responded to 1360 Calista Drive for a report of a person who had low vitals. Patient didn’t want anything to do with medics and walked away. Medics returned to Station.

• On 8-24-17 at 9:28 P.M. Bethel Firefighters/EMT’s Responded to QFC 2 for a report of a person who was highly intoxicated. Patient was assessed and transported to the hospital.
