“It is with great sorrow and sadness that we inform you of the passing of our first Traditional Chief for the Association of Village Council Presidents. Mr. Edward Adams Sr., who passed away this weekend after an illness. We will miss our colleague and a very good friend, he was well respected amongst the board and staff and we will feel the impact of his loss, his leadership.
