State Troopers in Togiak received a report of an assault which had occurred at a residence in Togiak On 06/16/17 approximately 1756 hrs. Investigation revealed that Cynthia Williams, age 22, of Togiak had physically assaulted a person in the residence, and in the course of the assault, had thrown an ulu at the individual, almost striking them, and also almost striking another person in the residence. Williams was arrested for Assault III and two counts of Assault IV, and transported to the Togiak holding facility where she was held with no bail until arraignment.
