The Board Will Award a Total of $75,000 to Selected Organizations on October 8, 2025.
The Community Partnership Program (CPP) of American Seafoods, a global leader in sustainable protein and one of the world’s largest at-sea processors of Wild Alaska Pollock and Wild Pacific Hake, today (Aug. 6th, 2025) announced it is accepting applications for its Alaska community grant program from the following regions: Kodiak Island, Aleutian and Pribilof Islands/Western Alaska Peninsula, Bristol Bay, Lower Kuskokwim, Lower Yukon, and Norton Sound and regions north. The deadline to submit applications is September 29, 2025.
Since 1997, American Seafoods has granted more than $2 million to organizations and programs in Alaska through its grant program.
“One of American Seafoods’ top priorities is to support and elevate the local communities in which we operate, and this program recognizes organizations that positively impact these communities by providing much-needed financial support,” said Inge Andreassen, President of American Seafoods. “We are excited to continue the Community Partnership Program in 2025 and beyond.”
In 2025, American Seafoods CPP will allocate a total of $150,000 to fund community projects addressing issues including food security and other pressing social needs. The first round of grants totaling $75,000 was awarded in April 2025. The second round of grants totaling $75,000 will be awarded at the American Seafoods CPP meeting on October 8, 2025.
