The 2023 Kuskokwim Ice Classic is open for guesses! Don’t miss out before the latest breakup in a decade has passed you by! The lucky winner will earn 50% of the jackpot raised (in the event of multiple winners, they will split that 50% accordingly). This year, guesses can be submitted online at iceclassic.org or made via phone, 907-545-8483. The website (iceclassic.org) has guessing tools, the breakup calendar, tide charts, rules, and our live webcams that show the tripod and Kuskokwim river conditions in front of Bethel!

Deadline: The Ice Classic accepts guesses until the river breaks, BUT: no same-day guesses are allowed. The rule states: “Guesses must be submitted no later than the day before breakup occurs in order to be eligible to win.”
Ticket Prices: Tickets are $5 for one, or $20 for a book of five guesses.
Jackpot: The winner will earn 50% of the jackpot raised. Should more than one person win, the jackpot will be split accordingly. Visit iceclassic.org for all the 2023 rules.

Minute Madness: Minute Madness is a secondary Ice Classic event. We are currently selling minutes for the second clock of Minute Madness. In this game, a customer buys one minute of the hour for $250 and owns that minute, with a chance to win every hour. If breakup happens on their minute, they win 2/3 of the jackpot raised. You can purchase a minute by calling 907-545-8483.
Breakup Bash: The hot dogs and buns are here and waiting for us in the freezer! We’ll have all the usual breakup fun. The bash is usually held the day after breakup, but we will make plenty of announcements.
