The Orutsararmiut Native Council held their 2023 Annual Meeting on Saturday May 20, 2023. Nine eligible Tribal members ran to fill seats A, B, C, and D. Newly elected members are: Gage Hoffman, Seat A; incumbent Walter Jim Jr., Seat B and Thad Tikiun, Seat C; and Sophie Swope, Seat D. The new Traditional Council is below according to an update on June 26th, 2023.
